Fish Out of the Water

This quilt explores my love of the Pacific Northwest. The fish image was cut from a T-shirt with a fish print on it. An artist painted on a fish and printed it onto the shirt. With this as a starting point, I wanted to capture the water, stars and colors of the waterways in this part of the country. The art work is 38 in. x 42 in.
